The Carpentersville race will once again be accompanied by an OktoberFest! The Village of Carpentersville Parks Committee is putting a great deal of effort into making Jeff Provisor’s race also a great festival. Including a kids bike race, live music through out the day, a Beer tent with Good Beer, lots and lots of food, a lot of kids activities like pumpkin decorating and face painting, and lederhosen will be strongley encouraged. Hopefully this will be a race in which everyone can bring family and friends along to have a good time and cheer us along a course that will have a surprise or two this year…sweet.
