2nd to last in 4/5, buts that ok, I’m learning and this was a great course. Getting the hang of sand and burms. Thanks for all your hard work to make these races possible. And kudos to all the strangers giving inspirational shout outs as I rode….it helps….keep it coming! 🙂
Different Brian but your advice on tire pressure was spot on, thanks! I started in the last row and finished 68th / 115. I think I waited too long to start passing people. Looking forward to this weekend!
I was really impressed with the course and all of the people wearing MSB / SS gear. It was a very welcoming environment and you could tell the course was made by people that like to ride bikes.
Really fun day out for CCC #4. Thanks MSB for putting on a great race again. Like the other folks above mentioned, the race course was well designed and you can tell that MSB really put a lot of working into making the most of the grounds this year. The work done over last year really showed.
Also thanks to the person who found my Oakley glasses and returned them to the pits. Good to know people have your back out there!
Did anyone get a video of a chubby man, black jersey with ‘village cycle sport’ on it, bandana around the face/neck, falling on the switch back? He’s a buddy of mine.
bahahah no but I saw it first hand and it was glorious! There was a report of a small Tsunami on the west bank of the Fox River that day, not sure if Steve had anything to do with it…
Fun race as always! If anyone happened to take a picture/video of a guy (me) (red long sleeved Trek jersey, white helmet, black bike), wiping out in the sand pit, I’d love to see it… 😆
Thanks Tom K for the super cool medals and Andy S for the super cool screen prints all over the place. Hopefully many of you walked away with a souvenir.
Please stay off the burned in areas if you’re riding at the school these next few weeks.
The photoshop of Mike Page behind Zeno was a great way to finish off the album. I laughed. Weird to see Mike with the rubber side down, though. Thanks for the pictures!
Awesome course and great fields!
Thanks again to all who pulled it together, it was fantastic

My forks weren’t on backwards.
Great event, my first CX.
Thanks for coming out. Hope you had fun.
This is always my favorite course, and you guys made it even better this year. Thanks for all the work sasquashes, it was fantastic!
All for you Zeno. Good luck at next year’s Marji 100 😛
Where can non-pre-reg riders find lap times for Cat 4 and Cat 4/5? Not split time but actual lap times.
Great course by the way. Fast and flowy. Sticky ground for fast corners.
Thanks,
Nevermind. Found it. One 2 Go twitter.
Umm, fast and flowy are definitely not words that come to my mind for that course
Thanks all for another great event!
